At Ureherb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ureherb account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
